El Puente (The Bridge)

El Puente is a gang prevention and intervention program that provides services for Spanish and English speaking youth ages 6 - 18 and their families. The program delivers intervention services and strategies in a comprehensive manner by providing intensive in-home mental health services and outreach including assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, psycho-educational parenting groups, referrals and coordinated service delivery.
