Kid Scoop News

Kid Scoop News prepares the next generation of literate and engaged youth. We help children in grades K-6 develop literacy skills so they can become productive community members and participatory citizens. By providing eye-popping, pencil-grabbing child-focused content, we spark critical thinking skills and foster intellectual curiosity. We have reached a literacy crisis in our country and Kid Scoop News provides an effective, low-cost supplementary learning tool in the form of a colorful, learner-center 16-24 page tabloid that teachers can use to augment their classroom instruction. The newspaper contains math, language arts, environmental, science, health and fitness, history, geography, civic participation, and character development content in each monthly edition.
