Learn the what and how of Anti-Racist Results-Based Accountability (AR-RBA) at our one-day foundational training. AR-RBA is an anti-racist framework and values-centered process through which data drives decision making. Using AR-RBA, organizations get to the root causes of problems, design strategies and programs to directly address those root causes, and then measure success to answer whether or not anyone is truly better off as a result.
