Sonoma County COVID recovery program helps thousands with food, housing, financial aid and other services
An initiative created by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors to help underserved communities recover from the COVID-19 pandemic has delivered nearly 40,000 individual services to people in need, including food, housing, financial assistance, mental health counseling and other supports.

Policy Committee
The Upstream Investments Policy Committee is a group of leaders championing Upstream principles in their work and throughout the community.
Portfolio Review Committee
The Portfolio Review Committee reviews applications to the Portfolio and makes recommendations for inclusion.
Steering Committee
The Upstream Investments Steering Committee works closely with staff to set the strategy and direction for the Policy Committee.
