TranslateCenter for Economic Success Outreach Plan
The Center for Economic Success has been designed following best practices to ensure maximum feasibility of exposure to the work supports offered through Community Action Partnership Center for Economic Success.
Though many of the programs presented by CAP and the County of Sonoma could help families move out of poverty, many families don’t access the services for a variety of reasons. The Center aims to support participants to access the maximum number of services.
