DTQI is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention to address depressive symptoms among adolescents. DTQI is provided through a 14-week manualized intervention. The 14 sessions are divided into three modules focused on cognitive-behaviorally based skill building in order for youth to develop communication skills, self-awareness and the ability to cope with the stresses of daily life.
