The Double Punches Program is designed to address the physical health benefits of our clients as well as promote pro social behaviors. The Boxing club setting is a social outlet and place of safety. The program stresses fundamentals, discipline and skills. Club members often come early to talk to one of the coaches, get help with homework or just "hang out" before their workout.
