El Puente (The Bridge)
El Puente is a gang prevention and intervention program that provides services for Spanish and English speaking youth ages 6 - 18 and their families. The program delivers intervention services and strategies in a comprehensive manner by providing intensive in-home mental health services and outreach including assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, psycho-educational parenting groups, referrals and coordinated service delivery.

Short Term Outcomes
- Decrease in peer based delinquency and conduct problems
- Reduced substance use/abuse
- Improved family functions and communication
Long Term Outcomes
- Decrease negative interaction with the criminal justice system
- Mitigate negative peer influences, substance abuse and youth violence
- Decrease negative impact on local schools
- Improve school connectedness
- Increase high school graduation rate
